-Collaborates in the reduction of the level of cholesterol in blood
- Help fight free radicals
 
The most suitable dose that can be consumed of alcohol is half a glass a day. Not more than that amount since excess whiskey is highly harmful to the body because of its high alcohol content.
 
Whiskey consumption should be low but continuous to take advantage of its positive qualities.
 
Whiskey must be of good quality to provide health benefits. What is moderation? The recommendation is a quarter cup maximum per day.
