1. Fight Cancer

Mango is a rich source of antioxidants like isoquercitrin, quercetin, fisetin, astragalin, gallate of methyl and Gallic. Consuming a mango or its juice or milkshake on a daily basis will help prevent various types of cancer such as breast, blood (leukemia), prostate and colon cancer.

2. Keeps control of cholesterol levels in the blood
