1. Sugar can lead to the development of cancer

I realize that everything is being blamed today for contributing to cancer, but in the case of sugar, there is good reason to believe that eating sugar can increase your risk of cancer. It is not sugar that causes cancer, but sugar at the cellular level which may increase the risk of cancer.
