Tips for maintaining a healthy life

The first thing we need to know is that we must incorporate new patterns or modify existing ones.

In what also coincide is in these 5 points:
1 | ACTIVATE YOURSELF

let’s defeat the sedentary lifestyle. I have been exercising for more than 2 years at least 5 times a week. In this post I explain how to do exercise every day. No sitting for more than an hour without doing a good stretch.

Let's keep a good exercise routine: walking, climbing stairs. If our routine leads us to not be very physically active, we must incorporate new patterns that keep us active. Some twenty minutes of daily physical activity will always be beneficial for our body.

2 | HYDRATE

Drinking a good amount of water will help us stay hydrated. This will positively influence digestive processes and cell regeneration. Experts recommend MINIMUM six glasses of water a day, which would be an equivalent, more or less, two liters. But that depends on the weight so make sure you are drinking all the water you need.

3 | BYE BYE TOBACCO

It is true that many people have stopped smoking but there are still many who continue to smoke and many young people who start smoking. Smoking is a bad decision. If we want to avoid all the negative consequences that are behind smoking, we must avoid smoking at all costs. There's no more. If you can not quit, it is best to consult a specialist or therapy who can help us.

4 | FEED BALANCED

Good nutrition is essential for a healthy life. Avoid sugary drinks, sweets, alcohol in excess and very salty foods. You know, vegetable your diet!

5 | FRIED OR IRON

Although vegetables in tempura will always be more succulent, if we fry in oil, our circulatory system will not be very grateful.

It is better to choose to cook the foods to the iron or the steam (like the potatoes, instead of submerging them in oil). It is the best way to control cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
